Understand how AI features work and manage access for your team
AI Features Overview
prorganizer.space includes AI-powered features to help automate document processing and provide compliance guidance.
Available AI Features
- Document Extraction: Automatically extract data from invoices, receipts, and bank statements
- AI Assistant: Get answers to compliance questions about GST, TDS, payroll, and export regulations
Who Has AI Access
Company owners have automatic access to all AI features—no additional setup required.
Team members (Admins, Accountants, Viewers) need to be granted access by the company owner.
Granting AI Access to Team Members
As a company owner:
- Go to Settings → Team
- Find the team member you want to grant access to
- Click Grant AI Access
- The member will receive an email notification with their access details
Access Duration
AI access for team members is granted for 30 days by default. When access expires:
- The team member loses access to AI features
- A notification is sent 7 days before expiry
- The owner can grant access again at any time
Checking Your AI Access Status
Look for the AI access indicator in the header:
- Green indicator: AI access is active
- Shows expiry date: See when your access expires (for team members)
- No indicator: AI features are not available
What Happens Without AI Access
If you don't have AI access:
- Document extraction buttons are disabled
- AI Assistant is not available
- You can still use all other features normally
For Owners
AI access is included in your subscription. You can:
- Grant and revoke access for any team member
- Monitor who has active AI access in Team Settings
- Team members receive automatic expiry notifications
Tips
- Grant AI access to team members who frequently process documents
- Access can be revoked anytime if a team member no longer needs it
- Owners don't need to worry about expiry—access is always active
