What's included in each plan?
Both plans include all 10 modules: invoicing, expenses, accounting, payroll, loans, compliance calendar, reports, documents, team management, and settings. The difference is how many companies you can manage — Starter gives you 1 company, Business gives you 5.
How does AI Access work?
AI Access is an optional add-on at ₹500/month per user. You assign AI access to specific team members through Settings → Team. Users with AI access get smart categorization, natural language queries, and automated suggestions. Viewers always have free read-only access without AI.
What's the difference between yearly and monthly billing?
Yearly billing saves you over 40% compared to monthly. For example, the Starter plan costs ₹1,000/month (₹12,000/year) but only ₹7,000/year with annual billing — you save ₹5,000. AI add-ons are always billed monthly.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! You get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features, including AI. No credit card required to start.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can switch between Starter and Business plans at any time. You can also add or remove AI access for team members. Changes are prorated for the current billing period.
What about viewers?
Viewers are always free and unlimited. They get read-only access to view reports, dashboards, and documents but cannot make changes or use AI features. This is ideal for stakeholders, investors, or external accountants who only need to review data.
What if I run out of AI extractions?
You can purchase extra upload credit packages for your own account from the pricing page. Packages come in three tiers: Starter (100 credits, 1 month), Growth (500 credits, 3 months), and Enterprise (2,000 credits, 6 months). To buy credits for a team member, go to Settings → Team. Need more? Contact sales for a custom package. Credits are added on top of your monthly subscription quota.
