Learn how to navigate the platform efficiently
Navigating prorganizer.space
Main Navigation
The sidebar provides access to all modules:
- Dashboard: Overview and quick stats
- Invoices: Create and manage invoices
- Expenses: Track purchases and bills
- Payroll: Employee salaries and compliance
- TDS: Tax deduction management
- Reports: Financial statements and analytics
- Settings: Company and account configuration
Note: The Activity page is not listed in the sidebar. To access it, go to the Dashboard and click View all on the Recent Activity widget, or navigate directly to
/activity. The activity page shows a company-wide feed of all actions — see Activity log.
Quick Search
Press Cmd/Ctrl + K to open quick search:
- Find invoices by number or client
- Search employees
- Jump to any page (e.g., type "Activity" to open the activity log)
- Access recent items
Breadcrumbs
Know where you are with breadcrumb navigation at the top of each page.
Keyboard Shortcuts
- N: New item (invoice, expense, etc.)
- /: Focus search
- ?: Show all shortcuts
- Esc: Close modals
