Billing and subscription
Manage your subscription, view invoices, and update your payment method from the billing page.
Viewing your current plan
Go to Settings → Billing to see:

| Company slots | How many companies your plan includes |
| Billing period | Monthly or yearly |
| Renewal date | When your next payment is due |
| Status | Active, trial, or expired |
Plan tiers

Both plans include all modules, unlimited team members, and unlimited free viewers. See Subscription plans for a full comparison.
Upgrading or downgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan and billing period
- Confirm changes
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Payment methods
You can pay with:
- Credit or debit card
- UPI
- Net banking
- Bank transfer (annual plans)
- Invoice billing (Enterprise — contact sales)
Downloading invoices
Past invoices are available on the billing page. Click the download icon next to any invoice to save a PDF for your records.
What happens when your subscription expires
When your subscription expires, your companies enter view-only mode. You can still view all your data, but you cannot create or edit records. See Subscription expiry for details.
Note: Your data is never deleted when a subscription expires. Subscribe again to restore full access.
